The Role of the Head of Commercial  

• Leadership role, responsible for an external team of sales representatives and internal sales/admin personnel. 

• Mentoring and coaching the team 

• Strategic role, leading and developing the business 

• Identifying improvements and devising strategies to generate business activity. 

• Nationwide coverage
