The Role of the Solutions Sales Manager:
- Selling the full range of surgical tables, lights and other theatre capital equipment.
- Capital led sale. Multi-Channel sale. Lots of different points of contact and very much procurement led.
- Also, will be selling the Anaesthesia portfolio but will be getting clinical support for that.
- Most of the team over achieved their annual target last year.
- Covering Scotland and North East

The Ideal Person for the Solutions Sales Manager:
- Ideally you will have experience of Capital Equipment and/or Theatre Sales.
- Will also consider candidates with theatre experience selling accessories and devices, such as cardiac or orthopaedic but with a proven track record of success.
- Administrative experience (eg completing CRM system / forecasting).
- Strong problem solver - ability to take an adverse situations and adapt their thoughts and actions to overcome an issue.
- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to communicate with / forge strong relations with customers at all levels with varying degrees of responsibility & seniority.
